Terms and conditions

Purpose

IODSPORT designs and manufactures custom sportswear and accessories for clubs, tournaments and events. These terms apply to every quote enquiry and every order placed with us.

Quotes and orders

Every quote is prepared on the basis of the quantities, models and customisation techniques you give us. It is valid for thirty days.

An order becomes firm once you approve the artwork proof in writing and pay the agreed deposit.

Proof approval

No production starts before you approve the proof. That approval is the sign-off: the colours, spellings, numbers and sizes shown on it are taken to have been checked by you.

An error present on an approved proof cannot give rise to a free replacement.

Lead times

The indicative lead time is ten to fifteen working days after proof approval. Lead times promised for a dated event are confirmed in writing at the quote stage.

Custom products

Items made in your colours and with your markings are made-to-order goods. They are not returnable or exchangeable, except for a manufacturing defect identified on delivery.

Any claim must reach us within seven days of receipt, with photographs.

Intellectual property

You warrant that you hold the rights to the logos, crests and artwork you send us. IODSPORT retains the rights to its own patterns, templates and catalogue photography.
